1. Get to know the right quantity of spices that are to be used in your recipe.
2. Add the spices at the correct time, means according to the recipe.
3. Saute the spices properly. This is really very important. Well roasted spices imparts rich taste as well as color to your dish.
4.Whenever you wish to thicken the gravy of any dish, add 1 small table spoon of gram flour just after roasting the spices. But remember to roast it well too, else it may give raw taste.
